February 28, 2010Meatpaper would like to thank our collaborators and all who attended East Meats West Two, a rabbit dinner at Bar Tartine.

On February 22, Meatpaper co-hosted a special event with Bar Tartine, our friends from Diner and Marlow & Sons in Brooklyn, and Sam White from OPEN restaurant. The event was a benefit to help Devil’s Gulch Ranch send aid to a community they serve in Haiti. It was a beautiful dinner, and Eric Wolfinger documented the evening in photographs. Chefs Sean Rembold from Diner and Marlow & Sons (left) and Chris Kronner from Bar Tartine collaborated on the 5-course menu, featuring Devil’s Gulch rabbit.

The food was outstanding.

We are humbled by and grateful for the energy, generosity, and talent of our food families in the Bay Area and Brooklyn who came together to create a delicious expression of local food and community.
